Health and fitness sessions begin with a comprehensive evaluation of the client’s overall health and medical history. Demonstrations and guidance are provided in relation to the needs of each individual client. These sessions may consist of weight lifting, band exercise, aerobics, cardio workouts, and Isometrics.
